Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if:
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is expired upon delivery.
• The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once delivered:
• Opened medicine bottles
• Opened herbal supplements
• Products with broken seals
• Personal care products
• Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
• Shipping address provided was incorrect.
• Product is returned due to flavor dislike, texture, taste, side effects,
or brand comparison.
• Product is consumed in part and then returned.
